Angel of the North

Archery

Axe Throwing

Need we say much about this one?

The famous landmark stands at 54m wide and 20m high, (taller than four double decker buses and with a wingspan as big as a jumbo jet!) and is believed to be the largest angel sculpture in the world.

Archery is a great way to prove your sporting prowess and get competitive. You’ll have the opportunity to start target practice under careful supervision from fully trained staff. They will also give you the opportunity to take part in a range of competitive Archery games.

Hatchet Harry's is bringing urban axe throwing to Newcastle! You'll be throwing axes in a competition against your friends or colleagues in a bid to get that illusive high score. All backed up with a solid soundtrack, great music and Geordie hospitality.

Quite different to your usual idea of an aquarium, there is also a monkey enclosure (no, not underwater). And with the usual colourful tropical fish, there is a seal show to look forward to and an underwater tunnel full of all sorts of aquatic creatures.
